CARES 360 partners with three different medical lab groups. The idea is to make it as quick and convenient as possible to get the lab work you need for your next telehealth appointment.

No matter which lab you choose, be sure to bring a photo ID, current insurance card and a copy of your provider’s lab order. Test results will be transmitted directly to your provider.

IMPORTANT: Always confirm appointment requirements with your specific lab in advance of your lab visit. Some do accept walk-ins, but many require that you set up an appointment first.
