Get world-class care through telehealth.
CARES 360 telehealth makes it easier to get compassionate, high-quality care without leaving home. You can meet securely online with a local provider, complete lab work at a convenient partner location, and receive medications by mail when appropriate.
Telehealth is designed to make care simpler, more flexible, and more accessible. Some visits may still need to happen in person, but our Health Navigators will help you understand the best next step for your care.
Safe, convenient access to PrEP, Hepatitis C treatment and more.
Connecting with your CARES 360 provider online is a great way to get the healthcare you need from the comfort and safety of your home. You’ll be working with the same local team you know and trust – telehealth simply allows us to come to you and provide care more efficiently.
You may still need to see your provider in person at times, but when appropriate telehealth visits can save time and make your healthcare more flexible.
HIV Care
CARES 360 offers ongoing HIV care through telehealth for established patients when appropriate. Most patients who are new to our clinic for HIV care will need an initial in-person visit before transitioning to telehealth. After that first visit, your provider and Health Navigator can help determine whether future visits can be completed virtually.
Hepatitis C Care
If you have been diagnosed with Hepatitis C, treatment can often cure the infection in 8 to 12 weeks with well-tolerated oral medication. CARES 360 can help you begin care, complete required lab work, and take advantage of home delivery when prescriptions are filled through our partner pharmacy.
HIV Prevention
PrEP is a proven option for people who want added protection from HIV. When taken as prescribed, PrEP greatly reduces the chance of getting HIV from sex or injection drug use. Our team can help you determine whether PrEP is right for you, coordinate required lab work, and arrange convenient medication delivery through our partner pharmacy.
